Brother embroidery digitizing software

Hi there! I apologize if I'm repeating but I'm just not sure what I should be searching for in the forums. I'm new to embroidery. All of the preprogrammed items looked great. Once I started trying to use the Brother PE software, this is all I get from them. Is looks like the bobbin thread is coming up? Not my top thread. I'm just not sure what is happened. No matter what fabric I put in there or the setting for fabric, it looks like this. I googled and adjusted the thread tension. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. The SVG I made is pretty simple. New Brother Innovis XE1 will not read usb from computer? Any ideas to fix? Will it only work with wifi and do I need extra software?

Hello all, I have a customer that cannot open my Wilcom Hatch created PES file in their PE Designer 8. I've tried Wilcoms online resizer and it worked twice for me and then I get an exception error. The downloadable verison of truesizer does not work nor does my converting it in PE Designer 10. Can anyone help me figure out how I can either create the file for her or she could fix the file herself please???

Hi folks, My mother has a couple of the brother PE (?) machines, one is the 190 and I can't remember the other one, though it has a card slot if that helps? Now we have a PED Basic card reader but obviously we would really like to be able to do some custom designs and write them onto some blank cards we have. There is obviously the PE Design Next card writer, but these are quite expensive and we are on a pretty tight budget. I have been wondering if there are any alternative card writers that might not be as expensive? I have PE design 8 with the 8.3 upgrade and I run it on Windows 10. I also use embird with iconizer. This should show my embroidery files as picture thumbnails in PE design but it doesn't. I have tried everything but I can't fix it. Can anyone help? I'll put what I've already done below. I bought a new computer (which meant having to move the programmes in the first place) so they are installed on a brand new environment. Hello my embroidery friends! I just made this embroidery design in PE Desing Next and as you can see, there are small spaces between each shape.. I am using "Remove overlap" or "Set hole sewing" to remove of shape under second shape - hope you understand . In PC this space is not visible, but after sewing yes . Please, is here someone who knows how to fix it? And the second question: as you can see, the outline of white and orange part is a little bit elsewhere and not exactly in shape. Please, hepl me! I am looking for a digitizing software to embroider and applique designs from clip art. Mainly my work shirts, lol. I was looking at Embrillance however it looks like I may have to invest in many modules to just get to that. I had a program for my old singer machine that worked great but I misplaced it. I now have a Brother machine so I need to digitize to a PES file. Open to any constructive suggestions. Thanks Ladies

I hope that someone can help me please. I have tried numerous times to download the Santa napkin holder. I then seen that I needed to download Embird / Wilcom onto my computer, which I did, But could still not download the file. BUT what has happened today is I have tried to load patterns on my machine to embroider today and it seems that all my files are now a windows file. and my machine obviously is not recognising this. I have uninstalled embird & Wilcom but don't know how to change the files back to whatever they were before, and still no now have the Santa Napkin holder, Please can anyone help me. I have to make a patch from this. I have pe 10 design. If i make the patch it is rounded, my image is rectangular, how can i fit it together please. Sorry for my English is not my native language. Thank you very much

I have PE Design and can import pictures, objects etc by using the Image option. But it always seems to put a square etc around the picture which then becomes part of the embroidery stitch. How do I remove this and just have the actual shape of the picture. For example I want to embroider the outline of a feather. I can import the feather with Image, but it has a square around the feather.

I am new to PE Design. I am wanting to design an in the hoop mug rug for my church. I am looking for a tutorial on how to set up all the different aspects ie placement stitches, tacking stitches, seams, etc that make up the whole design. I have found how to do the applique and fill stitches so now I just need to learn the rest of the process. i tried opening an already designed file and deleting items but it didnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, This is my first time trying to learn about digitizing. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I would go about getting these designs digitized? I do not plan on buying digitizing software as I do not seem to find myself in need of it very often, but in this case I do. I am attempting to put together items for a fundraiser (for Orlando's Pulse nightclub survivors) and thought these would be perfect to embroider on some items. Hello I currently work on a project and I'm stuck on a part. I would remove some of the replissage not superimpose two colors and make the pattern too thick. My problem is that I do not know how to do for selecting the area to remove. I do not want to remove any empty space, just some part to put other colors. I work with the next PED. thank you

I need to edit a DST of a pre-existing design. I do not have the original PES or any other file for that matter. I need to place stops in the design. How could I go about doing this? Three sections that are all the same color need to be separated.

When we load an image (jpeg) into PE-DESIFB NEXT (just started doing this in the past week) our image comes in with totally different colors than the original. Any ideas why this is happening and how we can get back to proper colors??

I currently own and use Bernina embroidery software V5 Editor. I am interested in upgrading to V6 Designer. Is it possible to go from Bernina V5 Editor to V6 Designer? If so, do you offer that download and what is the cost? Thank you!
