I saw a video where with the Embrilliance software the presenter reduced the size of a file to fit into the 4x4 hoop. Is that possible with a .pes file if you only have the Express version of the software?

I have been having trouble writing a design to a USB memory device. Every time, my I/O wizard prompts me saying 'disk is full'. I tried formatting USB device on my computer, and with embroidery machine and still no luck. I have also tried several different devices. I am able to do a 'save as' (DST) but that is a pain especially when I edit a design and want to save only the original in a embroidery design folder. Any suggestions?

Hello everybody, In 2007 i made some shirts and the sotre where i bought them left my the .dsg file , i would like today to see the file but don't find any software to convert it in other formats like .jpg o .pst, and buying the Sierra Embroidery Office only to convert the file it's to expensive. So could anyone help me to convert this file (that i attach) in any format that can be use with normal graphics editors? Thanks to everyone Ale tiger 6.dsg

I am searching for Sierra Flash PLK Writer software to program our Mitsubishi PLK machines. Sierra say they cannot help us but is there anyone out there who has this software or knows someone who has? Many thanks, Simon

an embroidery shop closed a few years ago and I purchased its 4 head SWF machine and also the Embroidery Office 11 software. We know nothing about embroidery yet have figured out a lot of things and are using the equipment every day. We embroider phone #'s and names on our dog gear. We are just now starting to make baseball caps with designs. Something that has vexed us since we started is that sometime the embroidery machine will start by make a first stitch, of it's own accord, that is centered in the design field. Sometime it wont make this stitch. I want to turn this function off. I am not talking about a stitch that is part of the design - this is somethin…

Hi, I have created a design in Illustrator using vector lines. There are 200 of them designed in a specific order. When I 'Get from Application' in Embroidery Office 15, they appear in the correct order. But when I use the 'Art To Stitch' I lose the order. I can't see anything that I need to click to keep the order according to the order of the vector list. Anyone have the solution to this? Thanks, GM

I was just wondering if anyone has tried to load and use thier embroidery software on a mac computer through VMWare or some other virtualization software. If so, does it work well?

I've combined 3 embroidery files by copy/paste. When I print it out the center point of the embroidery design is not in the center of the embroidery design. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the center point in the right place?

I am trying to enlarge Abbey font up to 4"- well beyond its recommended maximum. I have managed to get the letters fill adequately by changing the fill from Satin to Smooth; however the edges are a little ragged. Any suggestions? Can I add a narrow zigzag?

I have been having problems with my security device. The light on it keeps turning on and off. Sierra software, of course, does not like this. It either stops responding or gives me an error saying to attach my security device. I can't figure out what is causing it. There isn't just one thing that I am doing that might point to being the problem. I have Sierra embroidery office 11.41. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Everybody, I pulled my hair out long enough and I really don't have any to spare. The zigzag border on this embroidery design is not lining up along the edges. Anybody know why that would be? It looks fine on the computer. It was sewing out okay but I went back to tweak it and something changed. I don't know what I did to make it not line up. I then started from scratch and redid the design and it still doesn't line up. I attached a picture of just the "J" but all the letters are doing it. I have the file but couldn't figure out how to attach it. Thanks for any help,

Hello All, Every time I open a embroidery design, the embroidery thread colors have to be set again. Is there a way to keep this from happening? I tried to save the file many times, and still loose thread colors.

Hello, I am new at this Version 11.21 Seirra Embroidery office. I can not get my Lettering to sew out in Fill embroidery stitches. I go to Lettering, choose my font, size and type (arch, straight etc) but when I try toselect it for fill with undrlay it does not work. Please can anyone help me. Please forgive my stupidity but I am just learning this new 11.21 verson. Also, How can I get Hat text/designs to sew from cenetr out? Where do you select this at and get it to work. Having a difficult time with this new version.Thanks Allen

I need to use the bold and italic styles for the Georgia font in the true type fonts. Can anyone please explain how to do this. When I switch over to my true type fonts, I don't have a fly out tab for bolds and italic like I do in Corel.Draw Thanks,

I like the fact that can view where the hoop will be by selecting Embroidery > Hoops > Hoops list. I like this feature because it helps me, the beginner, to know which size hoop to reach for. I just bought the 5.5"x5.5" Magna Hoop, but that size is not listed in the square hoops. In fact, the square hoops are all pretty big. So, does anyone know if it's possible to add that hoop to digitizing software and if so, how to do it? Thanks,
