I have a Husqvarna Topaz 20 machine for about 3 years. It's been embroidering great until I installed 2020 from 2018. I can open the ".hus" files for the embroidery machine and am able to manipulate the designs as well. I save it to a thumb drive (I've tried a dozen of them). I also have Janome files on a few of the thumb drives and it reads them just fine. (On my Janome) The problem is when I take it to the machine. It show me the folders that I've created, but when I open the folder, there's nothing in it - even though there might be 6 designs there that I just saved to it. My Questions are 1. Hello, I have recently switched from Wilcom to DG16 and I am completely confused by the Angle lines in DG16. Below is a picture. Does anyone have an idea about the beads +/-? What is the difference, and why are the stitches not following the angle lines, or am I missing some feature to add? Many thanks.

I'm new to embroidery and have got embrilliance, it's installed on my MAC and I want some help doing some small cap designs. Are there any embrilliance experts here that can help me? Basically I just need a help getting started embroidering simple designs for caps. I'm just struggling to get out of the starting blocks. Happy to pay for 1:1 tuition, or, if you prefer, you can help me do these designs and maybe video what steps you took to get the design digitized. Hello everyone, I need to replicate the attached specific embroidery pattern using PE-Design 10 (see the R picture) Could anyone help me? I tried using the tatami 1 pattern. I am writing with regards to embroidery designs. We have just bought a CEM904 Embroidery Machine, but we are not yet settled with embroidery designs. I would like to ask you for more information on that regard: 1. I saw that you have logos such as football clubs logos, but they seem in small size. We intend to make bed covers, and therefore need much bigger sizes for designs. Do you also offer bigger sizes or is there a way to make them bigger? 2. Hello I am from Australia and enquiring as to whether you do custom machine embroidery digitizing. I am in the process of making a Wedgewood inspired quilt and unable to find some particular designs anywhere on the internet. Would like to know if you could digitize them for me and what the cost would be. At this stage there are eight designs I would like digitized to fit a Husqvarna /Viking hoop 150x 240 hoop. I only have a very small picture of the designs so artwork or bitmap would also have to be done on your end. Hoping to hear from you very soon. Kind regards

Hello I am wondering if anyone can advise if embroidery machines can be used to embroid on entire surfaces? I am trying to create a popular West African cap (that is hand made) using the machine. The youtube video shows the process of making the cap by hand. I want to explore whether this can be created using embroidery machines. PLease advise.

I love this Angel in the palm embroidery design but I need a favor. Is it possible to remove the angel wings? I have a friend who is finally expecting their first child after 12 years of trying. This child is a gift of God and so the hand is perfect just not the wings. I am willing to purchase this new pattern.

I purchased some embroidery designs form your library today and in the past and went to download them to my embroidery machine tonight to discover that my Brother PE500 is not being very cooperative. I would really appreciate it if you could resend them to me with the correct size. I need it in the PES format only. I will list the ones that I need immediately below. Recently, many of my clients have asked to recreate New Era caps equipped with the World Series Side Patch. In particular, I would creating complex embroidered patterns of 2.5-3 inches (20,000-30,000 stitches) on the unstructured side panel of the New Era baseball cap (the panel closest to the edge).
