Hi Everyone, I have recently purchased a Silver CH01 embroidery machine and am a novice when it comes to embroidery in general. I was in the middle of embroidering a design when my needle snapped (bent at the tip), I have tried multiple things and after breaking several more needles have discovered that the needle is catching on the inner rim of the hook. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue or alternatively how I can remove the outer casing to see the pull needle bar ? I have read elsewhere that tightening the screw for the needle bar may adjust the angle? Thanks in advance, Jennie

I saw in Alibaba the Chinese market and I can have a new machine for 3000.00 us plus shipping but I see when I surch a bit, the Chinese machine there quality and service is really poor, so I put that side in garbage. After I see a couple of company suppose to be good, Ricoma, Tajima, Happy, Fiesta and Buradan. The price of those are around 13 000.00 cdn plus taxes so around 15000 cdn with taxes. Hi, I own a Brother PE1900 embroidery machine. I only recently started learning machine embroidering on it. The issue I am asking for guidance on is that the material puckers in the hoop when I do a design. I spend the time to get the material/stabilizer in the hoop well (not good at it), I use temporary adhesive to help keep the 2 pieces together, and when I am done (an hour later - I can't see the bottom piece of the hoop and I am not coordinated at popping it in, I spend a lot of time trying to work out the bubbles that occur as I try to get the 2 pieces of the hoop together) it is in the hoop and smooth/well-tightened (I cut down my material and don't need…

Hey everyone. New member here. I've had a Tajima TME-DC912 for 24 years. I've never had any major issue with it. On Thursday, when I turned the machine on, the control panel was locked up and showing only "d-2.02". I contacted a tech, and he told me that was either an IMD or IMM card issue. So, I had both cards and new Eproms sent (just in case). Turns out, it was the IMM card. Machine is back up and running. But a new issue has occurred. My machine will not detect thread breaks. So recently I have encountered a problem with my machine. It started getting a bit loud and the recognition from my own digitised designs started to go bad and my embroidery looks bad. Straight satin stitches have random cuts don’t for consistent tension when looking at the back (sometimes more bobbin and sometimes less). I’ve tried fixing the tension and when doing a test run it seems to be ok and consistent but when I do my own designs it goes bad even though I’ve done these designs many times and there was never an issue. Hi All, I was hoping you folks could help me figure this one out. I've been trying to get the embroidery functionality up and running on my Janome Memory Craft 10000. It's running v1.0 of the firmware so I don't know how easy this will be. I have the CF card and PCMCIA adapter as is supported, the CF card is no more than 512mb (its 256mb) and I've got it FAT formatted not FAT32 or ExFAT. However when I go and pop it in the machine it doesn't register much, the hourglass icon appears for a second and then disapears, when I go to read off it it just says insert PC card. I am looking for a embroidery machine for a budget price. We have a small Bnb but we want to embroider our logo on our towels. I would not work to pay someone to do it. So we though of having a machie that would allow us to embroider ourselves as we had to replace the towels. Could you give me any machine suggestion? Can I run a Melco machine on MacBook Pro with Os Big Sur?

We have a 2002 Tajima Neo TEJT C1501, it's a rather old machine and we stopped using floppies many moons ago. We swapped the floppy for a USB but now that's given up on us!! So, I'd like to construct a serial lead 9 pin female to 9 ping female so I can send patterns from our Windows 10 PC and Wilcom ES3 to the Tajima Neo TEJT C1501. I've seen a few cable configurations online but none for the Tajima! Can anyone help please? John UK

My name is Mafalda Zagalo, and I am a textile designer based in Lisbon, recently I received a SWF/A- T1201C machine, I am not sure how old it is , but it was from an aunt of a friend of mine . The problem I have is the manual was lost and I am struggling to find one online, the machine is running it turn on and I have been having a look at it, but without the manual I can't do much with it , I have tried to email the company makers but they still haven't gotten back to me. Can someone please help me. I am using a newly digitized embroidery design, and it has sewed out perfectly for me about the first 5 times. All of a sudden there are problems with it. Have tried different hoops, backing, changed thread, bobbin thread, needle, everything.Then it sews again good 1 or 2 times, and back to the same old stuff. Am using the same exact shirts to sew this design on. Has anyone had this problem before?& Would appreciate any help. I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501.

Hello everybody! I am a small business owner, we just began not long ago. Our activity unfolds in Europe and we imported a CTF 1201 Feiya embroidery machine from China. I explicitly asked for the beads embroidery device and for the cord embroidery device, as they are optional to order. However they only sent the cord embroidery attachment without the beads device. They also sent me a big Shengtian oil-free air compressor with the capacity of 30L and 8bar pressure. The problem is that I have no idea what it's used for. Do you need an air compressor to embroider with cord? Or is it only necessary for embroidering with beads? I've been trying to communic…

Hi I’m a newbie with my brother machine which has designs built into the machine, I was wondering how you make your own designs, font ect and then download them into the sewing machine could anybody help me please.

I have done machine embroidery on an occasional basis (gifts, etc) for over 20 years on a Brother. I’m now sans kids and my days are free, I would like to move into a commercial mode by upgrading my machine. Could anyone recommend a machine from experience? I have about $8K - $10K to spend; anything more I would need to find financing. I want to avoid any made in China, unless there is a US firm distributing and servicing after the sale with training and support provided or at least available.

Hi all! I'm just starting to consider buying an embroidery machine to replace the iron-on patches used so far. I would only need it to make names and/or phrases. I don't really care much about making other designs. I have been looking for machines and videos and tutorial and I am quite confused. The ones I watched so far don't have nice letter-forming. They look like quite weak and untidy. I would like a machine which makes nice and sturdy fonts, while they are not too expensive. Could you please suggest/orientate/guide me in the right direction? Our feiya net 15 is not reading our usb stick does anyone have any ideas? I’ve tried other smaller usb devices eg under 2gb, I’ve tried two laptops, 5 usb sticks and two machines it comes up with error code 158 state err or we. Err? Please someone help. X

Hi community, I’m a complete novice but I would like to stitch some designs onto vest tops, T-shirt and jumpers and sell them for charity. I’ve attached the style of design that I would like to create. I’d like these designs will be ~5-10cm in length & 2-5 cm in width. Could you please recommend a machine for a total beginner? (Ideally a machine that allows you to upload you own designs and one where you don’t need to change the threads if the design were to consist of two or 2 colours). Thanks a lot in advance!
