Hello everyone I need to add some memory to my embroidery machine, TAJIMA model TMLG-G916. It is a rather old equipment, but it still works correctly for jobs of no more than 30 - 40 thousand points. In the hardware cabinet I see two empty slots for expansion memory cards, but nobody knows how many points would be added with one or two of them. Another doubt concerns the floppy drive, never used because it was faulty and because the machine was equipped with a USB tape reader emulator, which is terribly slow but acceptable for short jobs. Hi, I'm looking to buy an embroidery machine to expand my business but i'm really struggling to decide which one to buy. My budget is around £1k and i'm currently looking at the Brother Innov-is F440E and the Singer EM200. I've noticed the Singer comes with plenty of information online but the Brother seems to be lacking information. However i've found most people recommend Brother over Singer but i would appreciate help by the experts out there. Mainly I want to be able to import my own designs from illustrator, so having the software is crucial. Does anyone recommend one particular one that is easier to use? Hi all, I am new to this community. I have a problem with my Brother PR620 with the thread take up lever getting stuck in a downward position, a whining sound and a motor lock message. Has anyone come across this problem before? Is there a simple solution or do I have to send my machine to a service centre? I am based in the Seychelles and the nearest service centre is in the UAE or South Africa. I have uploaded a video. If anyone could help I would be very grateful. Hello.. I have problem with my Brother PR620. When machine uses thread on position n. 6 it stops after few stiches. It says check upper or bottom thread. But everything is ok with threads. What else could be wrong? Anyone?

We have been looking to buy a system that can embroider conductive metallic wires such as the ones from ZSK, but they are ridiculously expensive, somewhere in the range of 60k USD. Good evening. I am not understanding how to cross stitch utilizing an embroidery machine. There is very little that explains the "HOW" just showing designs being stitched out, or available designs themselves. Anyone care to explain it to me? Thank you.

8-HEAD MACHINE STOPPED RESPONDING AFTER PROGRAMMED STOP, TURNED THE MACHINE OFF AND WOULD NOT STOP BEEPING AND WOULD NOT START UP. TURNED IT OFF FOR A FEW MINS, IT CONTINUED TO BEEP---PRESSED THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON AND IT TURNED ON AND STOPPED BEEPING. NOW GETTING A 2C1 ERROR CODE AND THERE IS AN ARROW DISPLAYED WHERE THE NEEDLE NUMBER IS SUPPOSE TO BE. THE MACHINE WILL NOT RUN ANY DESIGN AND I CANNOT CHANGE MY NEEDLE NUMBER. Hi I recently retired and want to get into the embroidery business as a part time job. I am in the Green Bay, WI area. The nearest embroidery dealer is in the twin cities or Chicago. Both about 5 hours away. I came across a 10 year old Phoenix 540, 15 needle single head machine. I was told it was recently gone thru and in good shape. I cannot find much information or history on this machine. Does anyone have any knowledge of this machine? Thank you Jim

Hello all, I post here because I have a little problem with my new Brother PR670. I have buy this machine for made a lot of caps, and particularly embroidery in 2D/3D on New Era 59FIFTY caps (fitted). I have a little problem with the machine, it's the brim of the cap, the brim (visor) friction on the back of needles bar with the Brother cap frame ( and sometimes can lock the machine if the logo is too down on the front), so I have take another hoop cap frame from Hooptech (the Gen2 cap frame), it's really better, but I need to made my logo too up on the front of the caps. Dear Embroiderers, I have broken 2 needles now and machine kept asking something about upper thread. 2 needles. What could be wrong? Is the machine not accepting the thread? I am using a cotton thread with a satin finish. I was watching the thread go through and noticed the thread is not jamming at the spool of thread but somewhere inside the machinery (above the needle)- I hope you get what i mean. will be grateful for your advise on this.

Hi, I've been embroidering martial arts belts for my club for a couple of years now and have pretty much got the hang of it to make a nice finish. I embroidered a couple yesterday and they came out fine. I tried to embroider some japanese lettering today (which I haven't done before), with the same density and tension settings as before, and the needle keeps unthreading itself. It literally does 2 or 3 seconds of running stitch and the thead comes out of the eye. I've changed the needle, and rethreaded, but no difference. Any suggestions please?

Pleeeease help! Bobbin runs out in middle of project and I follow instructions and change the bobbin and when I go back to embroider, the needle is way off from where I stopped! Even when I back up the stitches, they aren’t even in the same place on the pattern! Basically What’s on the screen is in a different place than on my actual material!!

Hi everyone, I have a Brother NV800 Embroidery machine. I've been doing some topstitch experiments and run into some issues. As you can see in the attached photo, the original test (outlined in blue) with a 100/2 Polyester thread looks good. But when I used a 30 Thickness Cotton embroidery thread, I'm getting these weird results (outlined in red). The stitch width for both examples is 2mm. I tried adjusting the sewing speed to minimum for cotton, and even adjusted the tension, to no avail. The machine's instructions say I can't use a thread of 20 or thicker. I'm using the same thread for topstitch and bobbin. Any advice? Th…

I’m brand new to this and cannot seem to get the thread to display correctly so hoping this group can help! It does embroider the design, but it seems to be pulling the bobbin thread and not the upper thread. You can see the butterfly design I did tonight. The upper thread is orange and you can see very little of it. Any ideas why why this is happening or how I can fix it?

My husband bought me a used Brother PE embroidery machine (PE-150 with manufacter date of about 2002) and it came with a Simplicity Box and 2 blank Cards. We could not get the Simplicity box to work with Windows 10, so we investigated and saw that the Brother PED-Basic worked with Windows 10. We bought one on ebay for $40, but it had no card. We thought it would be able to read/write to the blank Simplicity cards...i mean they are the same card right? But the reader will not recognize the cards. Does anyone know if there is a way to reformat the Simplicity card to work with the PED basic? The cheapest we could find a blank brother card was for $60.

Hello, I have TAJIMA TMFN-1212 and I want to use Network option device on it. Next to the power section is the motherboard I have connector - probably the LAN section (?) In the machine options I also have the option of switching on the network - but I do not have any network output at the monitor. I tried to connect the router to the motherboard (to the connector that is on the screen) but the machine does not connect to the LAN. What is the purpose of this plug, in which currently (by default) a cat 5 patch cabel is connected?
