I bought a new Barudan 6 head embroidery machine in April 2021 have had problems with it triming threads since I receive the machine. In October Barudan released a update that fixed the trimming problem this hurt my business!!! With a Brand New Machine Not Working Correctly. Now my 2021 6 head Barudan is having thread trim problem again looks like there is a short any one else had this problem. I really wondering if I have a bad machine? I keep on getting D12 message any one else have had this type of problem?

Hi I have an elna 830 expressive and I need to embroider some thick pieces, what I would like to know is has anyone been able to raise the foot height so this can be possible ? I'm also curious as to whether the janome 500e free motion quilting foot will fit my elna machine ?

My wife and I have had a Brother PE770 for a year or so and have been able to resolve most issues by running down the checklist (e.g. rethread, reset bobbin, clean bobbin area, etc), but this one has us stumped. All of a sudden the upper thread is stitching out very loose, with big open loose loops on the bottom and virtually no bobbin thread on the bottom at all. See pictures of what's happening here: We've made no changes in how we embroider at all - standard upper and bobbin thread we always use, same fabric, same fonts, etc. This just started happening out of nowhere. Hello all! I currently run a home business but would like to expand the products I offer with embroidery. I purchased a Brother PE800 to kind of get my feet wet, and I have made a few unstructured hats with it using a custom built hat hoop I purchased off Etsy. I love the machine and feel comfortable using it. However, this fall I would like to invest in a multi needle machine to be able to embroider on a larger scale, and on structured hats. Hey everybody. I'm torn between either getting a baby lock enterprise or the amaya xts. From what I've read I can only find that Babylock is more for beginners or more accurately "idiot proof." I understand there is a huge learning curve with embroidery but I am ready for it. I am leaning more towards the babylock because of the camera and touch screen, but I also read the Amaya would be better for production. give me insight on these machines, or would I be safe with either one? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, Hopefully someone can help me on here. I have a Tajima TMAR-K 1508C. Recently I been seeing that the machine shakes a lot when its stitching at certain angles and causes the needle to break at times. Does anyone know why this could be happening? It doesn't shake as much when I change to the hat attachment and run hats. Thanks!

HI I have a Brother V3 embroidery machine, ever since i got it i've had issues inserting hoops and basically lots of stitching and hoop problems, i ended up slowing it down to as slow as it will stitch to even get it to embroider, I ended up not using it for a couple of years, i went back to using last week and now that i know more about it, i don't think i have the correct screws holding the needleplate, the screws i have have multiple washers on them and cause them to stand proud by about 5 mm, this is causing the hoop to keep catching, I have a VQ2 sewing machine which is basically just like the v3 and it has flat head screws that sit flush,does anyone elses machine ha…

Talking about me, I am very zealous about techno equipment. So, I planned to buy Brother PE770 Embroidery machine on last September. For a while, it was new and fancy. When I bought this, it was very good but now it is very slow. At the moment, it does not able to line up and performance in stitching is harsh. So, I tainted my old needles and got new one, freshen the bobbins etc. But, it seem like it is not operating in fine manner. Now, I essentially, think that I took a wrong choice for it. okay, I did something stupid tonight. I took my machine apart, like the screws in the back to take the machine (Brother pe500) apart. Now I can't remember where a screw goes. It's a small screw with a flower shaped piece of metal to it. I can't remember where it goes. I am curious if anyone here has a brother pe500 machine that they can take a picture of the screws in the back. I'm so lost.

Brother VR embroidery machine. In work less than a year. The problem is in shifting the center of the hoop during embroidery. At the beginning some party of the design are embroidering correctly but after a while the center of the hoop is getting shift upwards, about 2 cm. In order for the embroidery design not to be spoiled, it is necessary to “reload” the machine by turning it on and off. After reloading the machine the embroidery frame gets into place, into the center, and only after all this I can keep on embroidering from the right place. I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501 embroidery machine. I went to power it up last week and I could hear the fan and motor but no display. I went to check the motherboard and found 2 lithium batteries. One battery read at 2.9 volts and the other only read at 1.5 volts as shown on picture. Could this the problem why i'm not getting a display and the embroidery will not initialized? Any tips or help is greatly appreciated. (side note*** I have this machine for over 5 years and have turned it on.) Thank you.

Both our Happy HCD2 machines have the same issue. When trimming, the trim length is inconsistent either leaving tails or cutting too short and thread comes out of needle with next stitch. We have the new style knife, have been thru all kinds of tension adjustments, a few techs have looked at this and can not fix it. It has even been in the shop for that issue. Any ideas?

I have a Toyota Expert ESP 9000 that worked great until I turned it on today. Data light is not coming on on the operation box and no communication from the computer to the machine. All cables are checked and tight. Rebooted the computer, too. Any ideas?

Hello. I've tried searching the forums for this and haven't been able to find an answer.I have a Brother PRS100 Single Needle Embroidery Machine. I recently bought the PRCL1 Cylinder Frame that in the manual says it works for this machine. The manual though, seems to be contradictory. On page 3 it states that you need to have a 3 prong connector AND software version 2.1. It states that you should get an "upgrade kit".I reached out to Brother and they replied that they have never heard of an "upgrade kit". Which is odd that it's in the manual.I reached out to a local repair/dealer. They got connectors for the PR620, the connector holes don't line up. Even basically alignin…

hey folks I need some advice. My PE 770 is making a loud thumping noise when it is stitching. The stitches are ok, just the machine is very loud. I talked with my repair guy and he thinks that my pressure foot is bad or going bad. I might need to replace it. I can wiggle the foot a lot even when the screw is very tight. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hello! I have recently purchased an elna expressive 830l embroidery machine. I picked this machine because it has the biggest hoop in my budged. One week ago, I had an accident when the needle broke and its top part(the one that sew) got caught under the embroidery. I did not noticed that and the next 2 replacement needles broke in 10 stitches, when they hit the stuck part. I removed the stuck part when i took out the hoop out to check what was breaking my needles. My issue is that the machine is not accurate when it has to make contours. You can see that the contour of the red butterfly is way too outside. Same for spongebob body. Could you please h…

Hello, I am using the software embrilliance essentials and I just purchased a brother 1050x entrepreneur with 10 colors. I need help understanding how to select the color on a design on embrilliance that can be recognized by the machine. In a few words, I want to select the color thread on the software and once I send the design to the machine I would like for the machine to recognize the color and understand that for example that specific color is on the position 1 of my 10 colors and stitch it automatically, without the need to specify and assign each time the position of the thread. I have a Babylock Ellisimo and I use it to make patches. It does a great job when it works but sometimes, the thread will get bunched up and then gets pulled into the needle plate. Of course this happens when I walk away otherwise maybe I could stop it before it happens. The tension is between 4 and 6. I clean up under the needle plate before I start and change the needle often to make sure it's tight. Anyone have any idea why this happens?

I`ve been using Janome 500 embroidery machine and "Digitizer v5" for more than 2 years now, usually it`s all good, and i can make everything i want, and it looks properly, but lately i`ve been struggling with applique and thread alignment. I`m putting on applique, sewing borders, then cut out not needed applique pieces, and when it starts to make proper borders, it has been dislocated even by 1cm, in few words, it completely misses applique border.
