I am struggling to know that why bobbin threads comes up in the top while embroidering? I got MC9900. Last week, I visited to the shop where I talk about my threading problems. She told me that it is the issue with threading from the top not with the issue of bobbin itself. After her advice, I am enjoying my embroidery trouble free but today it again started on the halfway through a design. As far as I am concern, I am threading the machine every time. I am trying to embroider a company logo on zippered hoodie jackets. Stitch count is 12400 are of stitching is 4" x 3". Mainly satin lettering with a small 1" square in corner. I have tried with a mesh cut away but bobbin thread is pulling up thru design. I have one jacket now that is for getting this set up correctly. I have cleaned machine, oiled, 3 different bobbins. Adjusted tensions on bobbin and needles... tried everything. I have tried mesh on back with solvy on front.. it still looks awful.. Could someone please give me some input. I got Janome MB-4 from dealer. I want to embroider a design (made in the Embird that I used for 3 years). When I started using new MB-4 for the embroider design at initial stage the first color shifts and it was ruined. I was making little bear where the first color was brown. Head, left arm and leg are high quality. It elaborated one cm (or on inch) to the distant.

I got some freehand drawing design and want to digitize them. When I started to digitize it, I am getting too many colors. This is making havoc in decent designing. I had tried 2-50 numbers with freehand (by black marker) etc. but nothing is working greatly. I also tried color pencils. Is there is any way out? I also got PES format design but I am using JEF format. I am also trying to convert this. However, I cannot convert them.

Hi, I used to ooh and awe over the newest TOL machines when they came out and just had to have it. Now I wonder if we really need the latest and greatest. I mean if you have what used to be TOL or a machine you are just happy with, then why the need for the newest models? Would like to hear other's thoughts on this. Fantasia Automatic 968 has now got top stitches with bird nest. I also cleaned out bobbins and oiled it. Further, I changed my needles and have changed the thread too. I am dreaming up about its tension. I acknowledged anyone's opinion regarding this matter.

Hi, I just bought an old Toyota AD820 (not A model). After switching on the power, there is nothing on the machine LCD display -except '_' on upper line left and red LED light gets on. None of the buttons respond. Nothing is written in user manual of (35 pages) about this trouble, nor any way to somehow 'reset' the software. i'm new, some questions I owuld like to ask is: The computer needs to be connected through serial port for enabling 820 to start ? Also Any thing else i must check ? Thanks.

I received Janome 9700 this Christmas and purchased ATA card. I cannot get any free files from Janome 9700 to transfer to the card which is formatted. I got this program called MacEmb on internet and wondering if some one has purchased it? If yes then is it worth and works well between iMac and Janome. I dont have virtual windows program on computer. Thanks for help!

I've been doing freehand drawing designs but now want to do digitizing of them. When I jump to digitize there I get many colors. if I decrease the color then I can't get any decent design. I've tried many different numbers ( from 2 up to 50), also tried freehand with black marker for a consistency, and tried colored pencils. But Nothing works. so is there any trick? Also, I've a design ina PES format however I make use of JEF format. Is there some way to convert the formats? Thank you

Hello! The cheapeast model I got is the Brother SE400, but am concerned about the quality of stitching, will it make school logos on the shirts... I am thinking to upgradeit in future... The next option is famous pe770 - apart from bigger hoops as well as more functionality, will the stitching quality be better? Please help me in the right direction! Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone! I have Singer Futura 200. I LOVE mine and have it for 7-8 yrs but now it's giving problems...repair man said I needed new shaft and gear costing about $400...so I would be buying a brand new machine. I am thinking about Brother pe-700...but have somequestions I have. Most of my designs are in .HUS format. can I convert them into .pes to use with Brother? Also, I bought Hyperfont software for my Futura this allows me to use all the fonts on my pc and is there soem kind of similiar software for brother pe-700? Anything else ? Is there some another machine? Thanks for help !!

I am search new embroidery machine and I am looking for any advice on choosing good product. As I understand 140 mm x 200 (may be bigger) hoop is the least that I need to make really quality embroidery designs. I make quilt for sell and my home. Dear All, Long story....I purchased a new Janome 10000....but was in the box for 10 years! I purchased this from some old lady. So, now I want to upgrade to Version 3.0 with a CD. So, I followed all "rules" . My computer is 64 bit but instruction says the upgrade isnot compatible with 64 bit computer, so I got a 32 bit computer. I got an error when updating directly from computer to machine, so I transferred the files to a compact flash card. But, when I place the flash card in its adapter into machine in an update mode (white screen) I get big beep as well as an ERROR! on the screen.
